yet another discord bot...

let me introduce you tooctobot

  it was created using the py-cord API, it's

  there was an earlier version but it was
  pretty janky and was for personal use only.
  (the code was terrible too...)
               
  with the new updated version of octobot it's a
  whole rewrite from scratch with much more commands
  and features added as time goes on.
